The Problem

International humanitarian and development organizations maintain the priorities of donors with traditional aid mindsets and must evolve to address contemporary solutions that consider applicability within the local context. Interventions must adapt to market demand, be problem-solving, and leverage traditional and non-traditional players for increased capacity and more significant and sustainable impact.

Strategy development and intervention design in practice: DRC

Deep dive into projects designed to support the livelihoods of Syrians and displacement-affected host communities in Southeast Turkey for the improvement of current interventions as well as the design of new economic pathways in the evolving Turkish market. Key stakeholders and partners have been identified for a shift toward a sustainable development approach with durable solutions through public and private sector relationships.
